You’ve Been Sitting on the Toilet Wrong Your Whole Life – This is How to Do it Right

Physinews Daily Health Feed: We come up with all kinds of reasons why
our stomachs feel upset, but as
unbelievable and strange as it sounds, it
could all be a matter of improper toilet
seat positioning.

Western toilets are very common nowadays
and you probably sit on the toilet seat
similar to how you sit on a chair.
Maybe
sometimes you bend your head down a bit
while pressuring your gut. But, did you
know that you could, in fact, be doing it all
wrong?

Basically, in that position, you are cutting
off proper passage in your intestines and
blocks them. This requires a lot of exertion
on the muscles to complete the process and
may be tiresome at times. This can can lead
to constipation, irritable bowel,
hemorrhoids and even colon cancer.

But since you can remake or renovate your
toilet all over again, there is a solution to
this and a very easy one. Just implement a
stool in your bathroom as this will provide
your feet with enough rise to make bowel
movements become much more natural.

It’s amazing how other cultures, especially
in the east, already seem to understand this
and use this position even today to take care
of their morning rituals. Try it today and
you will notice the difference right away.
